My name is Karen Bell. I have spent many years in the fitness industry & I absolutely love it!
I have always been very active; in 2010 I hiked mount Kilimanjaro for charity which was an amazing experience.
I live in Barnard Castle & I am responsible for running the majority of classes & bootcamps in the local area. My aim is to provide a great fun/hard work balance towards fitness focusing on absolutely all abilities & ages. I currently train women from their early teens to their graceful 60's, so don't be shy, come along & change your lifestyle with friends.
